WCT History

Winfield Community Theatre has a long history that this part of the web site is designed to archive and showcase.

• Showlist: This table breaks down all the shows WCT has presented (or will be presenting this season) by the year it was performed. If the show name is an active link, there is a separate page for that show with pictures, program info, or both. It is possible to go from the first production of Guys and Dolls to the current season's spring show.
• Barn: WCT's first home was a converted livestock barn at the Winfield Fairgrounds. The history and pictures of that time begin here.
• Meyer Hall: Currently, Meyer Hall is the home of WCT. But it too had to be converted. That story and pictures is here.
• Memories: The performance the audience sees is just part of the production. For the performers and crews, some of the best times and memories happen off stage and during rehearsal. The Memories Page allows us to share some of those stories.
